Scores are computed per unit and per property from registered government and RERA filings plus Rexray field intelligence. Qualitative parameters (Pricing, Brochure-vs-Reality, Community Composition, Build Planning & Quality) are surfaced as markers, watchlists and buyer-questions — not a 0–10. Some data tails are still being researched and show as “pending”.
