The Rexray X-Ray
How Rexray scores every parameter — the rubric, the method, and the precedents behind each number. This is the global methodology; each property's actual scores live in its report and in the chat.
How the Overall Score works
Rexray scores the 17 parameters below — each 0–10 against the rubric, method and precedents on this page. They roll up into three pillars, and the pillars into one Overall Score out of 10.
FFundamentalsCan this go wrong legally or on delivery? — title, approvals, RERA compliance, delivery, brochure-vs-reality.
VValueIs the deal worth it? — view, pricing, layout efficiency, non-RERA area.
LLivabilityWhat is daily life like? — connectivity, density, neighbourhood, lifts, water, parking, community.
Each pillar is the average of its scored parameters. The Overall Score then weights the three pillars:
Overall = 60% Fundamentals + 20% Value + 20% Livability
Fundamentals carries the most weight because legal and delivery risk is the hardest to recover from — a poor view is a discount you can negotiate; a clouded title is a lawsuit you inherit.
These weights are yours to change. In the
Compare tool, set your own F / V / L weighting and instantly re-rank every property to your own priorities.
Hard-stops show up separately, as “Flags.” A dealbreaker — a pending title suit, an undisclosed encumbrance, a material concealment — is flagged on the report no matter how high the number is, so a strong score can never bury a red line. Rexray reports lead with the score and its flags, not a one-word buy/sell verdict — the decision stays yours.
